Can you shed any light?

Hello Forum, I've purchased a VC (my first) that caught my eye, but I am finding it difficult – impossible so far – to find any information on it. The watch still has its box and guarantee, and what I know is that it's the calibre 1003/1, reference 33090/

Vacheron Constantin Malte Tourbillon Skeleton, in platinum.

Ok it is a bit bog and thick, but in the early 2000's, it made me dream. Not totally fan of skeletons, nor of tourbillon on the dial side, but here, it works. Credit: Monaco Legend Auctions. Best, Nicolas
